REFUND POLICY

  2. Eligibility for Refund: To qualify for a refund, you must contact our support team within the 24-hour window and explain your reasons for dissatisfaction. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was made.
  3. After 24 Hours: Beyond the initial 24-hour period, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to review all available information and resources about the course before purchasing.
  4. Non-Refundable Deposit: Any deposits or partial payments made toward the course are non-refundable.
  5. Course Access Post-Refund: If a refund is processed, your access to the course and any associated resources will be revoked.

You have the         availability to schedule a phone consultation prior to purchasing so that you can have any and all questions      answered about the training course. It is YOUR decision on whether this training course is for you. If you        purchase the course and later decide that it is 'too hard' for you to run a business, or you 'changed your mind'    about running a business, there are NO REFUNDS past the 24 hour period. Owning and running a business is    your responsibility. We only provide the information needed to help you in running a business. Much like        taking a college course, once you take the course, the information is yours regardless of whether you ever use    that information or not.


We are NOT a financial institution. If you purchase this course and it is past 24 hours, DO NOT request a refund, you will not receive one. Confidential Obligation: Customer acknowledges that the products and services sold by The Ultimate SEO Playbook Course are the confidential and proprietary information and property of The Ultimate SEO Playbook Course. As such, Customer hereby agrees to protect such products and services as confidential. As a further condition to the purchase and/or receipt of such products and/or services of The Ultimate SEO Playbook Course by Customer, Customer agrees it will not, nor allow others, to directly or indirectly copy, distribute, resell, lend, lease, display, teach to others or show these products and/or services to others. A “Customer” includes anyone who receives the products or services of The Ultimate SEO Playbook Course, even if for free.


Further, Customer agrees that no one may use these products and/or services in any manner without the written approval of The Ultimate SEO Playbook Course, except for the Customer who has agreed that his/her use is limited to his/her own personal use. Should multiple IP addresses be used to access the course under your login credentials, (i.e., sharing login and passwords with others who are not paid students of the training course) your access will be revoked and you will be banned from the training course with NO REFUND. We do offer an add-on Partner Membership that is available to add ONE partner to ONE fully paid membership. (Partnerships will be determined on a case by case basis. All partnership requests must be submitted in writing to [email address specific to The Ultimate SEO Playbook Course]).

You shall not use the Site for unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not use the Site in a way that may disable, damage, or interfere in the Site.
